Nick Hornby heads the Marchmont Development Management business. Nick worked in the National Investment teams at Chesterton and BNP Paribas Real Estate from 2000 until 2012.  In 2012 Nick moved to Northridge Capital to head the commercial investment strategy of a of Middle Eastern investor group. In 2014 he set up Investra Development, focussed on origination and execution of development strategies on behalf of overseas investors.  Over a 5 year period, Nick delivered in excess of £200m GDV of developments.
