Marchmont Investment Management has completed the acquisition of The White House in Wimbledon Village in a sale and leaseback from the Ski Club of Great Britain.

The property is situated in the heart of Wimbledon Village and extends to approximately 7,700 sq ft over ground and two upper floors and includes under-croft parking for up to 12 cars. The property is subject to a short term lease back to the Ski Club and short term leases to 3 other tenants. Marchmont will consider a comprehensive refurbishment of the building in due course.
