Marchmont have completed a lease renewal with Community Ambulance Service at Taurus Park, Warrington. The renewal sees the tenant take their third new lease at Taurus Park, having originally moved in 2012, and clearly demonstrates the high quality and attractiveness of the Estate from an occupier’s perspective.  Community Ambulance Service have committed to a new 5 year term with a 50% uplift achieved on the passing rent.
